To secure your booking we require a minimum of £50 (which is £10 booking fee and £40 deposit,) this can be paid by card, BACS ,or cash payment.
Less than 6 weeks to hire date we require full payment when booking.

Cancelling a booking
4 weeks or more notice, no charge on bookings under £100.
If deposit paid or full payment has been made there will be a £10 admin fee on bookings under £100. That is the booking fee you paid when making the original booking.
Bookings over £100 admin charge of 25% will be incurred plus £10 booking fee.
Cancellations with less than 4 weeks
All bookings including those under £100 as set out below.
3 weeks notice 50% of total hire price
2 weeks notice 75% of total hire price
1 week or less notice 100% of total hire price
Bookings made within 24 hours of hire Full Payment will be taken by card payment prior to delivery.
If you change your mind when we have already set off to deliver, we cannot cancel the booking.
But if you tell us you want to change the date prior to us setting off,
you can defer your booking 2 more times within a 6 month period from original booking date.
All bookings MUST be paid in full before delivery is made
Mid-week Specials discounted prices available Mon - Thurs 10% off hire price only (does not include delivery charges)
Times for Special rates are collection from 9am return by 5pm on self collect units, on delivered castles set up by 10am collection at 4-5pm.
No exceptions
If you have cancelled & do not wish to lose your money.
After payment is received. We will allow you to change your booking date up to 2 times only but must be used within 6 months of original date
Important please read:
For last minute / late bookings less than 2 weeks prior to hire of equipment.
We also require £100 cash returnable deposit on all self collection & return hires.
This is returned to the customer when the equipment is returned to us.
A fee will be taken from your deposit if the equipment is returned later than agreed on your paperwork.
Or if customer does not return equipment and we have to send driver out to collect equipment.

Please follow written or verbal instructions given to you by our delivery team. (very late last minute deliveries may only get verbal instruction, these instructions are very important and are told to the persons who have booked the equipment)
Do not ever mix ages on inflatables, small children as one group, mid sized children as another group, teenagers another group and so on.
Never over crowd an inflatable.
A simple guide to how many are allowed at any one time.
Small party castle eg: 12 x 12 small children 4 - 6, mid sized 4, larger children 2-3 persons at any one time.
Larger castle eg: 15 x 17 small children up to 6, mid sized children 4- 6, larger teenage to adult sizes 4 persons at anyone time.
Never allow an adult on with a child.
Be mindful of weight / size differences between such riders as this and over crowding may result in accidental harm to persons using the equipment.
Common sense should prevail at all times.
Shoes to be taken off and any sharp objects removed from pockets or about persons using they equipment, spectacles should be removed if rider can see comfortably without them, if this is not possible, extra care should be enforced if a rider is wearing spectacles.
All responsibility for safety is transferred to the persons who have booked the equipment for use, for the duration of their hire.
We ensure equipment is delivered to you in perfect working order and all safety checks are made to the set up of the inflatable, with correct anchorage systems being put in place.
Discounts on some early bookings please ask when booking. Full payment is required at time of booking if a discount is given.
